Using HomeShieldIQ

HomeShieldIQ is a free tool from Million-Dollar Window Cleaning. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

It's an informational tool, not a professional inspection

The Exterior Health Score, maintenance plan, and cost estimates are based on your own self-reported answers and general guidance — they are not a substitute for a licensed home inspector, contractor, or engineer. Estimated repair costs are rough ranges, not quotes, and actual costs will vary. Always get a professional opinion before making repair or purchase decisions based on your home's condition.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be able to legally agree to these terms to create an account.

Acceptable use

Please don't use HomeShieldIQ to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the service, or access another user's account without permission.

"Find a Pro" requests

Pro matching is not yet live. Submitting a request saves it to your account for when matching becomes available in your area — it does not guarantee a match, a specific timeline, or that we'll be able to connect you with a professional.

No warranty

HomeShieldIQ is provided free, "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the score and recommendations useful and accurate, but we can't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that following its guidance will prevent home damage or repair costs.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features over time, including introducing paid add-ons for business customers. We'll try to give notice of any change that materially affects how you use your free account.
